Some of the services we offer include the following. • Graphics Design. I can do a great many graphics in house, and I have a contract designer who is even better than I am, someone I use for the more complex work. This is truly a specialty in its own. Most people and businesses, when they finally recognize they need and want a website, have very little idea about what they want to put on it. With my experience in designing sites that are functional, intuitively usable, and easily navigated, I can build for you a website that does all you need it to, and more, including many things you might not have thought of on your own. Website design is the concept of the site. • Website Building. Once you have decided how you want your site to look, someone has to actually build it for you. If you have experience and knowledge and the proper tools, you can do this yourself and save a considerable sum of money. I can furnish knowledge and expertise in HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, readability and functionality, WordPress, Drupal, PHPList, PHP, mySQL, Audacity, copywriting, U.S. Copyright law, and artistic experience. I also have the tools to build the site, including Microsoft Front Page, Dreamweaver, Xara Xtreme and Web Designer, Coffee Cup, and other tools as needed for your site. Website building is the execution of the design. • Website Hosting. I will host your new site. For an exsting site or domain, if you do not already have your website hosted elsewhere, or if you are dissatisfied with your current host, I can host your site for you. Currently, I use LINUX shared hosting, but if your needs require more than that, I can also provide more exclusive and robust hosting. For example, if you want to open a web store with thousands of items, integrate the website with your automated inventory system, and you expect thousands of dollars per day in online sales, I would receommend a more robust hosting solution for you. • Photographic Services. If you are within easy driving distance of central Mississippi, or if you are willing to pay travel expenses to your location, I can provide professional- level photography, using a Canon D40 10.1 MP DSLR and professional-grade lenses. I have additional professional photographers on call. • Photo Editing. I can provide photo editing services, from balancing color, brightness, contrast, and fixing red-eye, to actually removing a person or object from a picture. If you have two photos of a group, and in one photo person A has their eyes shut and in the other photo person B had a bad expression, I can "swap heads" between the photos so you wind up with one good photo of the group. I can shave off pounds, remove wrinkles, and turn someone into an alien or cartoon drawing. It's amazing what one can do with photo editing software these days. • Music Editing. If you have some demo songs you want to put samples of into a jukebox on your new site, I can edit the clips to the proper length, put in fade-ins and fade-outs, and build them into the jukebox. I can also do other sometimes amazing edits, but that's in the area of music recording production, not web site design. I can also write music, should you need that. Hear a sample here.
