PRICE INQUIRY
We have three different pricing schedules for our
services. Which one you want to use (it will be your
choice) should depend on the extent of your website. We
will work with you to determine which schedule works
best for you.
Hourly
We will perform any of our services for a flat rate of $75
per hour (2010 rates). If you are not sure what you want,
and want maximum flexibility, with infinite changes along the
way, and no worry about contract amendments, this is the
schedule for you.
We also charge this hourly rate for any work done outside
any contracted work.
By The Page Type
Our standard rate is a minimum $500 for up to four page
types, with a charge of $100 per page type for page types
five and above.
There are discounts available for religious and non-profit
organizations.
Please note that the "Page Type " rate is for the number of
different TYPES of pages, not the number of physical HTML
pages.

Please understand, our pricing structure is based on the
amount of work it takes to create each type of page.
Therefore if you want to combine two or three types of
pages into one physical page, for example putting a
calendar and a response form onto an information page,
this is really three pages worth of work for us, and we will
have to charge you for each type of page, even though it is
all on only one physical page.
By Contract (Lump Sum)
If you have an extensive website you need built, we will be
happy to talk with you about the total cost of it, and when we
reach an agreement, we'll put it into a contract, and that will
be your price.

We are easy to work with. We will deal fairly and honestly with you,
and we expect you will do the same with us. Call us and we'll
discuss what works best for you.
One last point. If you shop around, you will find our prices are
generally lower than our competition’s, in some cases significantly
lower. We have had clients report that the lowest estimate they got
was more than five times what they paid us. So are we underpriced
or are they overpriced? We’ll leave that up to you to decide. But as
far as quality, we’ll stack our readability and user-friendliness up
against anyone’s.
Not only do we want you as our client, we want to keep you, as a
client and a friend, and we want you to recommend us to anyone
who needs a website.
