We have recommended ways of operating, because we have found these ways to be very effective in the past. The first thing we like to do is an initial consultation with you. We want to find out why you want a website, what you want it to do, and see if you have any thoughts about how it should look. In this initial consultation, we will try to determine about how many pages you would like your site to be, what color scheme you prefer, if any, get a copy of your logo, if you have one, and get a copy of any photographs and documents you might want included on the site. For example, if you are an IRS 501(c)(3) tax deductible organization, you might want us to post a copy of your IRS status determination letter on the site. After the initial consultation, we will come up with a site proposal and pricing structure, and if you agree, we will sign a contract and get to work. There will be a required down payment, and we will build your site and tweak it to your wishes, within the contract, of course. Once we have the site developed to your liking, we can post it and go live, if it's not already live, and at that point, the balance of the contract payment will be due. As I said up top, we're very flexible, and are willing to work with you in any reasonable way. Our goal is to see you get the best website possible, for a reasonable cost, and in a reasonable time frame.
